Fabricators Supply offers all forms of first stage plate processing. From a single piece to yearly contracted parts, customers count on us for quick turnaround, quality parts and competitive pricing.

LASER

Large format Cutlite 30KW fiber laser. Processing up to 2″ thick material. Part sizes up to 10′ x 21’6. Bevel up to 1 3/4″ thick material.

PLASMA

5 total plasma tables with bevel capabilities. Up to 3″ thick material with capacity to handle 10′ x 60′ material.

DRILLING

2 Kinetic K 5000 drill tables processing up to 6″ thick material and drilling up to 4″ diameter holes. Material capacity up to 10’x60′

OXY FUEL

4 Oxy Fuel tables capable of burning up to 8″ thick plates. 10′ x 60′ max material dimensions.

DRILLING / MILLING

1 Quickmill Intimidator 120. Capable of large scale drilling and milling of plates up to 8″ thick.

BENDING

4 press brakes up to 500 ton capacity. Capable of bending 3/4″ up to 10′ long and 5/8″ up to to 12′ long.

At Fabricators Supply, we also have a full CAD department that can take your most complex drawings and engineer to your specifications.

Some of our other processing capabilities include painting, small fabrication and miter cutting.
